Charlotte received a degree in Journalism from the University of the Arts London.

    After 17 years as Art Director and Art Editor for a host of business titles at Caspian Publishing, Jenny turned her talents to commercial design. She now specialises in brand identity, working to create bespoke design for events, contract publishing, brochures and advertising materials.

    Carmen Blake Business Development Manager

    An experienced account manager, Carmen has worked for the likes of Merrill Lynch, Royal Bank of Scotland and the NHS. During her tenure as Manager of Client Services at Merrill Lynch, Carmen was appointed to a post in Hong Kong as part of a business acquisition team. Carmen is also an active fundraiser for the Children’s Trust in Tadworth, and is involved in organising charity events such as balls, lunches and fashion shows.

    After working as a Senior Sub Editor for 12 years, Gemma is now leaving magazines behind to move into marketing, with a particular focus on social media. With a host of consumer magazines, websites and B2B publications under her belt, Gemma is a stickler for grammar, an avid reader and a talented, creative writer. Words are her passion and she received a degree in English Literature at the University of Essex.

    With 4 years’ experience in B2B communications, Mary joins the Nutcracker team with an extensive PR background. Her creative outlook and strong copywriting skills play a key role to successful campaign activity and with a thoughtful and insightful manner, she brings excellent client servicing skills to the table. Self-motivated and quietly determined, she’s no stranger to hard work having earned her Level 4 Diploma in Public Relations whilst delivering excellent results within a leading foodservice marketing agency.

    Joe Knighting Web Developer

    If you can think it, Joe can code it. Not one for cut-and-paste web design, Joe codes everything from scratch to develop beautiful, functional bespoke websites. Awarded two scholarships in Computing and Design Technology at the age of 13, Joe was computing at degree level before he’d even left school. Since then, he’s completed a degree in Industrial Design and has worked as a web developer for the likes of Volkswagen & Audi through the Mon Motors Group.
